You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. RoghDial is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your item arrived defective or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Email us with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
Technical support services (internet, WiFi, TV troubleshooting) are non-refundable once a session has been completed.
